As a co-founder of our school alongside Mrs. Jeffries, Mrs. Dodson brings more than 20 years of dedicated experience in education, including 12 years as a Paraprofessional in public schools. Her deep passion for supporting learners at every level shines through in every interaction.

Mrs. Dodson firmly believes that every child learns differently—and that personalized attention is the key to unlocking their full potential. She works one-on-one with students to identify and celebrate their unique strengths, building essential skills that foster confidence, independence, and lasting success as they step into primary education and beyond.

Having witnessed firsthand the transformative power of a strong spiritual foundation rooted in Christ, Mrs. Dodson is committed to partnering with parents to nurture that faith in our children.
